CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
We are committed to providing exceptional service, but if you have a
problem, please let us know. A member of our team will contact you within two
working days of your complaint. We aim to resolve complaints quickly, and if it
takes longer, we will keep you informed of progress. Bank of Africa allows up to 15
days for payment-related complaints and eight weeks for other complaints. We will do
our utmost to rectify problems before these deadlines.
